5. Data and Call Handling

By using our Services, you agree that:

Calls may be recorded, transcribed, and summarized

Lead data, caller details, transcripts, and recordings may be stored in:

GoHighLevel (GHL)

Google Drive

We may use internal AI tools to process information (e.g., speech-to-text, call summarization)

You maintain ownership of your business’s customer data.


6. Payment, Billing & Subscriptions

Our Services are billed through Stripe on a subscription basis.

By subscribing, you agree to:

Provide valid payment information

Allow automatic monthly charges

Pay all applicable fees on time

6.1 Failed Payments

If payment fails:

Your account may be suspended

Continued non-payment may result in cancellation

6.2 Refund Policy

All subscription fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.


7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Upload malicious code or disrupt the platform

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is discontinuing use.
